Hi! My name is Regi Stewart. Well, I finally did it. I discovered a way to combine my skills ingraphic design and photography with my love for cooking. I havebeen a graphic designer since graduating from the Art Institute of Houston in 1983. I love being creative, and cooking is a big part of that.I'm so excited to write down my recipes, taking the photos as Icook them. Then using my graphic skills to design my cookbook, |A Mouth Full Of YUM|. I have selected a wide range of some of my favorite recipes for you to enjoy. You will see that each recipe has a photo, taken by me, as I prepared the recipe myself. I have written, collected, and modified many recipes over the years. I feel most recipes are meant to be a guide that you can follow and/or modify to suit your own tastes. Except for baking of course. Baking is more technical than cooking, and it's best to stick to the recipes until you get the hang of modifying them.
